General Questions about ViVA

Q. Where are your restaurants located?

A. We have two ViVA restaurants. You can learn more about the menu at each of the restaurants at

Q. How can I make reservations at ViVA Bistro & Lounge or ViVA Castle Pub?

A. Simply call us at the phone numbers above to make reservations or Call-Ahead Seating. If you make a reservation or call for Call-Ahead Seating you will be given priority over those that walk in.

Q. What are the hours at both restaurants?

A. Both restaurants are open for lunch and dinner daily and breakfast on Sunday.

Sunday – Thursday – 11:00 a.m. –12:00 a.m.

Friday & Saturday – 11:00a.m. – 1:00 a.m.

ViVA Castle Pub

Sunday – Thursday – 11:00 a.m. –10:00 p.m.

Friday & Saturday – 11:00 a.m.– 12:00 a.m.

Late night bar menu is available at both locations

Sunday – Thursday – 9:00 – 10:00p.m.

Friday & Saturday – 10:00p.m. – 12:00 a.m.

Q. Can I order online at any time during these hours?

A. Orders can be placed between 8:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. There is a one-day lead time for catering buffet orders for 6 or more guests.

Catering Questions

Q. Does ViVA do catering from the restaurants?

A. Yes, we provide catering at any location from our catering menu for a minimum of six guests. Delivery and set-up are available from our partners at Delivery Dudes for $5 for cash payments and $7 for credit card payments. Catering orders can be placed by calling us at 610.685.5299 or you can place your order online at for pick-up or for delivery.

In addition, private parties can be held at both ViVA locations for parties of 14 – 400. ViVA operates the Reading Country Club in Reading and Green Valley Chateau and Tent in Sinking Spring. We also have venue partners including the Reading Public Museum, GoggleWorks, Reading Art Works, The Inn at Flying Hills and Kraras Hall where we provide catering and service for events of all sizes. Q. Can catering orders be placed online?

A. Yes. Our catering menu is available to be ordered online for pick-up or delivery. To order online for pick-up at either of the ViVA restaurants go to  

To order catering for delivery, go to is a delivery fee of $5 for cash payment and $7 for credit card payment. The delivery fee includes set-up for catering orders. 

Q. Do you provide set-up for catering orders?

A. Yes. All catering orders (ordered online, via phone or via sales rep) that are delivered are also set-up by one of the professionals from Delivery Dudes at no additional charge. (The $5 or $7 delivery charge applies.)

Online Ordering Questions

Q. Is the entire ViVA menu available to order online?

A. Yes, our ViVA Bistro & Lounge and ViVA Castle Pub menus are available for pick-up or delivery when you order online. There is space for you to include any special instructions so we can prepare your dish exactly as you would like. Q. How much time do I need to allow for my order?

A. Please allow 30 minutes notice for a pick-up order and 60 minutes notice for a delivery order. If your order is over $200, it will require additional lead-time. You will be notified about any additional lead-time on the online ordering website before you complete your order. Please provide 24-hours notice for buffet orders for six or more guests.  

Q. Is delivery available? If so, is there a fee? Also, is there a minimum order size for delivery?

A. Yes, delivery is available from our partners, Delivery Dudes. There is no minimum order size. Delivery is $5.00 if order is paid in cash and $7.00 if order is paid by credit card. All major credit cards are accepted – Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

Q. How will I know if my online order is received?

A. You will receive an email confirmation as soon as your order is received (usually within a minute or two of placing the order). The email will include the details of your order along with the promised time for pick-up or delivery.

Q. What is group ordering and how does it work?

A. Group ordering is an option when you place an online order from both ViVA restaurants at that allows each member of your group order for themselves. An email will be sent to each invitee allowing them to enter their requested order. As the organizer, you are able to review, edit, and submit the order upon completion. There is no additional charge for group ordering.

Q. What forms of payment do you accept?

A. We accept cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. We also accept ViVA Gift Cards. 

Delivery Questions

Q. How much does it cost to have an order delivered? Does the delivery fee change for larger orders?

A. Delivery orders of any size placed online or by phone from the ViVA take-out menus or catering menu will be delivered by our partners, Delivery Dudes. All orders, no matter what size, are delivered for $5 if the order is paid in cash and $7 if the order is paid by credit card. There is no minimum order size for delivery.
